The American Gaming Association (AGA) announced the Gaming Hall of Fame Class of 2024, honoring three leaders for their significant contributions to the industry: Jim Allen, Alan Feldman, and Debi Nutton.

“From helping transform tribal gaming and pioneering responsible gaming research to blazing new paths in casino operations, Jim, Alan and Debi have been integral to shaping the modern gaming industry,” said AGA President and CEO Bill Miller.

Since its inception in 1989, the Gaming Hall of Fame has recognized individuals who have made enduring contributions to the industry. The Class of 2024 will be honored at an invitation-only induction ceremony during G2E 2024 in Las Vegas this October.

“The Gaming Hall of Fame honors leaders that have had a distinct impact on our industry’s success,” added AGA Chairman of the Board and Everi Executive Chairman Mike Rumbolz. “This year’s inductees have met and exceeded this threshold throughout their careers and continue to do so in their current work. We look forward to celebrating their achievements at G2E 2024.”

Hall of Fame honorees are selected by an independent panel of gaming executives. This year’s selection committee included Maureen Adams from Churchill Downs Inc., Jay Dorris from Wind Creek Hospitality, Siobhan Lane from Light & Wonder, Alex Dixon from DRA, Mark Lipparelli from International Center for Responsible Gaming, Kirsten Clark from International Association of Gaming Advisors, Lauren Bates from Global Gaming Women, Brett Abarbanel from UNLV International Gaming Institute, and Mike Rumbolz.

Jim Allen currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Seminole Gaming and Chairman of Hard Rock International. Since 2001, he has overseen all operations for the Seminole Tribe of Florida including leading its acquisition of Hard Rock International in 2007. Under his leadership, both entities have expanded significantly globally. Allen also launched Hard Rock Digital in 2020.

Alan Feldman is Director of Strategic Initiatives and Distinguished Fellow in Responsible Gaming at UNLV’s International Gaming Institute. He played a pivotal role at MGM Resorts with initiatives like GameSense promoting healthy gambling behaviors across MGM properties. Feldman holds key advisory roles including Chair Emeritus at the International Center for Responsible Gaming.

Debi Nutton is a Board Member at Everi Holdings while also working as a gaming consultant and executive coach. Her career began as one of the few female dice dealers on the Las Vegas Strip in 1980. She held various senior positions over her tenure with MGM Resorts and Wynn Resorts before moving into consulting roles advising on leadership practices within the industry.
