Ana Silva has been named the Employee of the Month for November 2024 by the Administrative Faculty Assembly (AFA) at the College of Southern Nevada. Silva was nominated anonymously and is recognized for her expertise in her role and her readiness to assist CSN’s administrators with their new hire processes. “Ms. Silva has a very positive attitude and is pleasant to work with – she provides outstanding customer service,” reads the nomination.

The AFA encourages nominations for December 2024, inviting submissions that recognize contributions from administrative and professional faculty members at the college. Those interested can fill out an online form, with nominations due by the 15th of each month.

Meghan Ezekiel, Director of Auxiliary Services and past chair of AFA, invites inquiries about the process. Further details about AFA activities and previous recipients are available on their website.
