Kick off your week with relaxation and positivity. The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is inviting students, staff, and faculty to participate in Mindful Monday on November 4. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the North Las Vegas campus’s June Whitley Lounge.

The purpose of Mindful Monday is to provide a break and teach tools for managing daily stress. Activities will include soothing coloring exercises and games, offering participants hands-on opportunities to unwind. Attendees can also explore mindfulness techniques designed for busy lifestyles, which are particularly beneficial for balancing school, work, and other commitments.
