Jyoti Senthil, M.Ed., has been named the February 2026 Employee of the Month by the Administrative Faculty Assembly (AFA) at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN). Senthil was nominated by Shari Peterson for her efforts in coordinating the creation and publication of CSN’s strategic bridge plan, which was recently approved and distributed.

“Jyoti has worked tirelessly and professionally to coordinate the creation and publication of our strategic bridge plan, which was recently approved and distributed at CSN.
