CSN announces open forums for presidential candidate finalists

CSN has revealed the schedule for open forums with four finalists in its presidential search. These forums will take place on March 10 and 11 at various CSN campuses, allowing the community to interact with each candidate in person.

The candidates and their respective forum schedules are as follows:

Joshua D. Baker, Ph.D., will be at the North Las Vegas Campus’s Tyrone Thompson Student Union Ballroom on Monday, March 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at Charleston Campus’s Student Union Ballroom from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. the same day, and at Henderson Campus’s Student Union Ballroom on Tuesday, March 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Darrell L. Cain, Ph.D., is scheduled for Henderson Campus’s Student Union Ballroom on Monday, March 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Charleston Campus on Tuesday, March 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and North Las Vegas Campus on Tuesday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Stacy S. Klippenstein, Ed.D., will be present at Charleston Campus’s Student Union Ballroom on Monday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., North Las Vegas Campus that afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Henderson Campus on Tuesday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Rey Rivera, Ed.D., is set for Henderson Campus on Monday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., North Las Vegas Campus on Tuesday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and Charleston Campus that afternoon from approximately two o’clock until half-past three.

Public meetings are scheduled at CSN Charleston Campus in Rooms U126-130 of the Student Union located at W. Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas; these meetings welcome public commentary both in person and via telephone or online forms provided by NSHE Public Comment services.
