CSN Dining Services has announced a series of events and activities for February, aiming to engage the campus community with culinary delights and recognition of their team.

Director of Dining Services, Miguel Calderon, extended a warm welcome back to students and staff in this month’s newsletter. He emphasized the sense of community and the enjoyment of good food as central themes for the month.

Valentine’s Day on February 14 will be celebrated with an abundance of chocolate and sweet treats. The festivities begin earlier with Delightful Week from February 10-14, designed to bring extra joy to the campus environment. Following that, You First Week from February 23 to March 1 is dedicated to appreciating Dining Services associates.

The newsletter also highlights chef James Ojeda, who brings over four decades of experience in the culinary field. Ojeda’s career spans family restaurants and cooking for high-profile clients such as rock stars. He now focuses on mentoring upcoming chefs.
