Ever wondered what it feels like to help transform a student’s future without leaving your couch? The CSN Foundation is calling on faculty, staff, and community members to join the Scholarship Review Committee. This opportunity allows volunteers to contribute their time and perspective to shape students’ educational journeys.

The role does not require a degree in literary analysis—just a willingness to read, reflect, and rate. Each year, CSN students share stories of resilience, ambition, and dreams that are one scholarship away from reality. As a reviewer, participants will encounter narratives from first-generation college students, single parents balancing classes and family responsibilities, and determined individuals working toward better futures.

Important dates include the volunteer sign-up deadline on March 14 and the essay scoring period from March 31 to April 11. The process involves reading and scoring essays electronically.
