CSN to host Hispanic Heritage Month celebration on September 17

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, September 17. The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at its North Las Vegas Campus from 4-5:30 p.m.

The event will feature music, dance, and food. President William Kibler will commence the festivities, with Janeth and Ricardo serving as masters of ceremonies. Traditional performances by Grupo Folklorico Libertad and a special set by Mariachi Plata of CSN are scheduled.

Information tables from CSN groups and community organizations will be available for attendees to learn more and connect. Food service by Taquero will begin at 4:45 p.m.

The celebration will take place at the Tyrone Thompson Student Union.
