Memory support workshop to be held at CSN North Las Vegas Campus

CSN Campus Recreation will host a workshop focused on supporting brain and memory health through natural methods. Ann Pappapetru will lead the session, which aims to address cognitive decline that may occur with aging. The event will offer participants everyday practices to promote cognitive health.

The workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, October 22, from noon to 1:00 p.m. It will take place at the CSN North Las Vegas Campus in Student Union Room 121.
