Metcalf has announced its sponsorship of the upcoming Reach for the Stars Gala, an event hosted by the Western Nevada College Foundation. As an advocate for education and community development, Metcalf emphasizes a shared vision of building a brighter future.

With the slogan, “Together we are building the future,” Metcalf highlights its commitment to education as essential for individual and communal progress. Recognizing Western Nevada College’s role in developing the region’s workforce, Metcalf invests in cultivating skilled employees, thereby contributing to Northern Nevada’s economic prosperity.

Bryce Clutts, President and CEO of Metcalf, noted the importance of WNC’s contributions: “This college is developing a pool of well-trained talent who are ready to meet the demands of the ever-growing job market in Northern Nevada.”

Clutts, also a member of the WNC Foundation Board, exemplifies Metcalf’s dedication to supporting the college’s mission. Through active engagement and support, Metcalf aids in realizing WNC’s educational initiatives, including constructing the Jack C. Davis Observatory and supporting the Construction Management program.

Established in 1994 with a legacy of craftsmanship spanning generations, Metcalf upholds values of safety, integrity, trust, and excellence in community development. Under Clutts’ leadership today, the company continues to drive strategic initiatives rooted in innovation and community empowerment.

The Reach for the Stars Gala, now in its seventh year, underscores the enduring partnership between Western Nevada College Foundation and sponsors like Metcalf. Scheduled for August 10 at Joe Dini Library with a Golf Tournament on September 27 at Toiyabe Golf Course, this gala promises an evening of philanthropy and entertainment.

Underlining “Giving Back to the Future,” Metcalf invites individuals and organizations to support education and empowerment. Sponsorship opportunities range from $1,000 to $7,500. For event sponsorships and ticket purchases, contact the WNC Foundation Office at 775-445-3240 or visit wnc.edu/reach.
