The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has announced a relocation of its field services branch office in Fallon. The move is scheduled to take place over the weekend of December 7 and 8, 2019.

The current office is situated at 973 W. Williams Ave., and it will be relocating to 2147 W. Williams Ave., which previously housed the Country Health store at Stillwater Plaza. The DMV has secured a lease for this new location for a duration of ten years.

Operations at the new site are expected to commence on Monday, December 9. In light of this transition, the Department advises residents in Fallon to utilize alternate services where feasible. Many transactions, such as registration renewals or address changes, can be conducted online or via mail by visiting their website at dmvnv.com.
