The Nevada Supreme Court is seeking comments from the bench, bar, and public regarding how the Court should proceed in the administration of the Nevada bar examination and licensing proceedings for attorneys practicing in Nevada. Please see Order Inviting Public Comment for full details. Comments should indicate that they are being submitted in ADKT 0594 and may be submitted to the court in hard-copy format to Elizabeth A. Brown, Clerk of the Supreme Court, 201 South Carson Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701, or electronically to nvsclerk@nvcourts.nv.gov. The deadline for submitting comments is 5:00 p.m., on August 16, 2024.
