The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) has officially welcomed four Regents during a special meeting in January. The ceremony, which was conducted by Judge Jacqueline M. Bluth, marked the beginning of their four-year terms on the Board of Regents. This group includes two newly elected and two re-elected members.

The Board of Regents is responsible for overseeing public higher education institutions in Nevada. Their role is to ensure that NSHE’s mission of delivering high-quality and accessible education continues to align with the changing needs of the state.
