Philosophy Club hosts event exploring ancient Greek origins

The College of Southern Nevada’s Philosophy Club is set to launch an engaging event titled “The Philosophy Event” on Friday, October 18, at 6 p.m. The gathering will take place at the Charleston Campus, specifically in C Building, Room 209. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with fellow thinkers and delve into the foundational aspects of philosophy as it emerged in Ancient Greece.

Professor Yan Mikhaylov will lead the event, focusing on exploring fundamental philosophical questions such as “How did it all begin?” and “Why do we care?”
