The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is reopening its Leadership Academy this spring, offering an opportunity for adjunct, e-hire, and tenure-track faculty to enhance their leadership skills at no cost. The program promises engaging and interactive sessions focused on effective leadership skills, time and energy management, and confident communication.

Participants will receive a complimentary copy of "7 Habits of Highly Effective People," a book that has been influential in developing leadership skills. The academy aims to build upon the success of previous programs, which have already benefited nearly 640 members of the CSN community.

The virtual sessions are scheduled for February 28, March 4, April 11, and April 18 from 9 a.m. to noon. An in-person option may be considered if there is sufficient interest among participants.

For more information or to express interest in attending the academy, individuals can contact Dr. Gillian Silver via email at Gillian.Silver-Rodis@csn.edu or text at 702-610-0506.
