The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) recently held a Town Hall meeting to discuss procedures for handling requests from governmental enforcement agencies. The Office of General Counsel highlighted the importance of knowing the correct steps when such agencies request information, serve subpoenas, or issue warrants on campus.
Acting President William L. Kibler, Ph.D., underscored the need for faculty and staff to adhere to established guidelines. He directed employees to resources provided for further clarification and mentioned that CSN plans additional training sessions to keep the community informed about these matters.
For those who missed the Town Hall, it was not recorded. However, official guidance links are available for details, and updates will be shared in due course.
