CSN is moving forward with its ambitious Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) by initiating Phase 1 of the 4DX TWIG and Lead Measure Presentations. This week, 40 teams from various departments including Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, Finance and Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, CSN Foundation, Office of Technology Services (OTS), Campus Operations, Athletics, and the Division of Workforce and Economic Development (DWED) will present their strategies.
The presentations are scheduled to take place across CSN's three campuses: Henderson on Monday; Charleston on Tuesday and Wednesday; and North Las Vegas on Thursday and Friday. These sessions are a significant step in preparation for the official launch of 4DX on March 3. During this period, teams will display their lead measures and tactical strategies designed to advance progress.
“This initiative is about more than just goals—it’s about action, accountability, and teamwork,” stated CSN leadership. Ayesha Kidd, Associate Vice President – Organizational Development and Effectiveness added her appreciation for "the dedication of our participating teams, executive sponsors, and coaches for bringing this vision to life."
