The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is entering a new phase of leadership and is seeking input from its community on the 2025-2027 Strategic Bridge Plan. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation, and Strategic Planning has organized listening sessions for faculty, staff, and students to contribute their thoughts.
President William Kibler and Vice President James McCoy have requested these sessions to involve the CSN community in shaping a plan that will guide the institution's mission during this transition. The focus of the Strategic Bridge Plan is on student success, institutional effectiveness, and long-term growth. Input from all stakeholders is considered crucial.
Various sessions are available for different groups within the CSN community, including academic faculty, classified staff, administrators, and students. Some events will also be accessible virtually via Microsoft Teams.
The college emphasizes that participation in these sessions is an opportunity for individuals to influence CSN's future direction and ensure a smooth transition to new leadership.
