Gavin Kroulik-Whipple has been named the Employee of the Month for March 2025 at the College of Southern Nevada. Kroulik-Whipple, who serves as Manager of Academic Advising, was nominated anonymously for his leadership and dedication to students on the Charleston campus.

"Gavin is an extraordinary leader and colleague who exemplifies dedication and excellence," stated the nomination. "He goes above and beyond to make sure that all students that come to the Charleston campus advising department leave feeling heard, and more importantly, helped."

The nomination highlighted Kroulik-Whipple's efforts in fostering a sense of community within the department. "Gavin’s leadership and camaraderie make the challenges of our roles more manageable and remind us of the value of teamwork and connection," it added.
