The College of Southern Nevada's Charleston Campus marked the beginning of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month with a lively celebration on April 23. The event was hosted at the student union and featured a range of cultural activities and performances.

Participants had the opportunity to enjoy traditional dances, a fashion show displaying attire from various AAPI regions, rhythmic taiko drumming, and interactive stations for calligraphy and lei building. Many attendees wore traditional clothing, contributing to the inclusive atmosphere.

The event underscores CSN's dedication to diversity and inclusion by providing spaces where all students can feel recognized and celebrated.
