The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) Leadership Academy has announced the opening of registration for its Summer 2025 cohort. Faculty and staff are invited to apply for this professional development series, which is overseen by the Office of the President.
The program offers participants opportunities for personal growth, leadership theory exploration, and meaningful reflection with peers across the college. To date, over 700 CSN employees have participated in this program aimed at self-discovery and skill-building.
The summer session will include four virtual meetings scheduled on Fridays from 9 a.m. to noon on June 6, June 13, June 20, and June 27. The sessions will be conducted via Microsoft Teams to accommodate remote participation.
The academy employs frameworks such as "7 Habits" alongside facilitated discussions and real-time self-reflection. It is designed to offer both structure and flexibility to meet busy schedules while promoting leadership skills at various levels.
