The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) has appointed 13 new members to its Board of Trustees for 2024. The board is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to EDAWN’s CEO and staff, focusing on the organization’s mission to create quality jobs in the region.

EDAWN works to attract new businesses, support existing ones, and assist startups as part of its efforts to diversify the local economy and improve life in Northern Nevada.

Several members are leaving the board this year. Departing trustees include Carolyn Barbash, Vice President of Transmission Development & Policy at NV Energy; Mike Kealy, Attorney at Parsons Behle & Latimer; Melissa Molyneaux, Executive Vice President at Colliers International; and Ross Pfautz, Senior Vice President of Northern Nevada at Mark IV Capital, Inc.
