Jim Barbee has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Churchill-Fallon Economic Development (CFED), and Danielle Casey will serve as the President & CEO of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA). The announcement acknowledges the contributions of their predecessors, Bruce Breslow and Betsy Fretwell.

The upcoming Governor's Lithium Summit is scheduled to take place in Las Vegas on September 18-19. This follows last year's conference, which organizers described as successful. The summit is expected to continue discussions about Nevada’s role in critical mineral supply chains.
