The ACLU of Nevada has scheduled a press conference to announce a lawsuit against a government agency over concerns related to cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The event is set for Friday, August 15, 2025, at 9:15 a.m. PDT.

According to the organization, "The ACLU of Nevada will hold a press conference to announce a major lawsuit against a government agency engaged in cooperation with ICE. Reporters planning to attend in person should fill out this form to confirm attendance. A location will be provided upon confirmed attendance. The press conference will also be streamed live on ACLU of Nevada’s Instagram and Facebook page. A full release will be issued for those unable to attend."
