Western Nevada College has announced that 76 students have earned a place on the 2025 Summer Dean’s List. To qualify, students needed to achieve a grade point average of at least 3.50 and complete six or more units during the summer term.
WNC President Dr. J. Kyle Dalpe commented on the accomplishment, stating, “We are incredibly proud of these 76 students for their commitment to academic excellence during the summer term. Balancing coursework with other responsibilities is never easy, and achieving this level of success is a true testament to their dedication, focus, and perseverance. They are an inspiration to the entire Wildcat community.”
The list includes students from various locations such as Carson City, Dayton, Fallon, Fernley, Gardnerville, Genoa, Henderson, Las Vegas, Minden, Mound House, New Washoe City, Reno, Schurz, Silver Springs, Sparks, Stateline, Wellington as well as out-of-state areas including Penn Valley and Union City in California; Jacksonville in North Carolina; and Willow Park in Texas.
This recognition highlights the academic efforts of WNC students across multiple communities.
