Las Vegas, NV – The Vegas Chamber has announced its list of endorsements for the upcoming General Election. The endorsements cover various races including the Nevada State Senate, State Assembly, Board of Regents, State Board of Education, Clark County Commission, Clark County Board of School Trustees, and City Council. Additionally, recommendations for two state ballot questions were provided.

The selection criteria for endorsements include each candidate’s voting record on priority bills (for incumbents), their stated positions on business-related policies, understanding of issues affecting employers and the regional economy, commitment to student achievement and educational excellence, as well as their willingness to collaborate with the Vegas Chamber and the business community.

The Government Affairs Committee of the Vegas Chamber made these decisions. This committee comprises 30 members from diverse industries who interviewed approximately 100 candidates to discuss policy positions, priorities, knowledge of business issues, and visions for the region and state.
