Western Nevada College to host blood drive on May 26

Western Nevada College announced on May 12 that the Associated Students of Western Nevada will present a blood drive in partnership with Vitalant on Tuesday, May 26, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The event will take place at the Carson City campus, where the Vitalant bloodmobile will be parked in front of the Joe Dini Building. Organizers encourage community members and students to participate by making an appointment using a QR code provided by the college.

The college features modern classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and student support centers at its campuses, according to its official website. Western Nevada College serves western Nevada with campuses in Carson City, Fallon, and Minden. It is part of the Nevada System of Higher Education and holds accreditation from the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.
