Western Nevada College President Dr. J. Kyle Dalpe discussed the importance of leadership, workplace culture, and student success during an appearance on the EdUp Experience podcast, according to a Mar. 11 announcement.

Dr. Dalpe shared his own commitment to wellness—including becoming a certified yoga instructor—as an example of how personal growth is important for leaders and educators.
