The event will honor loved ones and celebrate life through cultural traditions. It will be held at each of the CSN Multicultural Centers on October 30, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with an exhibition of community altars continuing on October 30-31 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Nevada DMV extends hours ahead of election

The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has announced extended business hours to assist customers needing credentials to vote in the upcoming election. From Monday, October 21, 2024, through Saturday, November 2, 2024, DMV metro offices will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday through Saturday. During this period, no appointments will be necessary.
Carson City funds free mental health support for Western Nevada College students

Construction employment rises in majority of US states over past year
